Training with a coach is purpose driven or
intentional training. We work using a methodology and form of movement that exposes you as an individual to integrated movement patterns. These patterns help prepare you for many types of general
movement requirements or activity.
Instead, my focus is to train general
movement patterns that have “purpose” as they relate to the variety of movement challenges you will encounter in sport or life.
My intention is to evolve aperformance
approach that involves your whole body. I ntentionally introduces balance challenges, controlled instability in measurable doses, and proprioceptive or body awareness training in order to
ultimately teach you the client how to manage your own body weight and reestablish a center of gravity, balance or stability when optimal alignment or positioning is
My desire is to teach individuals to move
and control their bodies in a variety of environments so they may successfully achieve their personal functional daily movement goals.
